and sellers that are looking to part exchange their home. This market has been
left un-catered to for so long that we felt that it was time to do something

from all over the UK
How does a part exchange work?
A part exchange is a very simple method of buying and
selling. Two buyers decide that they would like each others home. Prices are
agreed and solicitors are instructed to carry out the rest of the work, as would
happen with a traditional sale. This buying and selling process is becoming
more common place, especially as the housing market continues to worsen.
What does it cost?

Is PartExMyHome.com an Estate Agent?
No, we are a property portal which allows estate agents
and builders to advertise their properties.
How long can I advertise for?
For as long as it takes you to sell. There is no time
limit on the account. Your agent will inform us of when an offer has been accepted
and when the sale has completed.
Can I edit the details of my property once they have been
submitted?
If you would like to change any of your details on the
site, simply contact your selling agent who will be able to log in and change
them for you.
Who writes the details for my property?
Your selling agent will provide us with the information
for your property.
Will I need a HIP?
Yes. No matter what anyone tells you, it is required
by law that any single house being actively marketed has a Home Information Pack
(HIP). This needs to have been ordered before we can display your property on
PartExMyHome.com. When registering your property, you will need to enter your
HIP code.
What Happens when I decide to accept an offer from somebody
else?
Once you have agreed a sale on your property, inform
your agent who will instruct your solicitor and make sure that the sale progresses
to completion.
My agent has not informed me of your site and I want
to try it!
